Checking My Balance:
The primary purpose of this site is to provide you with easy access to your Gift Card's balance and transaction history. To check your card balance information click on "Available Funds and Transaction History" above and have your gift card number and card security code handy (the number can be found on the back of your card).

There are also three additional ways to check your gift card balance:

1. Call the following toll free number: 800-314-1164.
2. Go to the Customer Service Center at the mall where your card was purchased and the Customer Service representative can provide you with that information.
3. Go to the mall where your card was purchased and swipe your card through the Card Balance machine located in the common area.

Where Can I Use My Card?
Your Gift Card (pictured above) can be used at any Jones Lang LaSalle managed shopping center. Click on the "Jones Lang LaSalle managed centers" link above to view a list of properties.
